1. Software service
Itinalo provides business software for travel advisors to organize client criteria, compare permitted travel information, and prepare proposals.
Itinalo is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline ticketing agency, or merchant of record for travel services.
2. Account and subscription
The Itinalo Pro subscription is $75 per month, includes up to five organization users, has no free trial, and is billed only for access to the software.
- The owner is responsible for authorized team access.
- Automatic usage overage charges are not used in the MVP.
- A payment issue may limit search while preserving account export and deletion access.
3. Travel information
Prices and availability may change until confirmed with the booking provider. The advisor must verify price, availability, cancellation terms, and inclusions before booking.
Itinalo may label data as live, cached, indicative, manual, imported, reference-only, or mock. Those labels must not be removed or misrepresented.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload traveler payment card or passport data.
- Do not provide passwords for supplier portals.
- Do not use the service for scraping, credential sharing, hidden resale, or unlawful tracking.
- Respect provider trademarks, display rules, and booking restrictions.
5. Availability and liability
Provider access, inventory, and response times can change. Itinalo does not guarantee a particular supplier, rate, booking path, or uninterrupted service.
